What a total load of ******* and the worst customer service possible

Beware of joining this bank first of all they say banking on the go yet they dont have an on the go banking app, they have a useless thing called Tymecoach, when you write to (the worst ever) customer service to ask why there is no app on Playstore they will send you a ready made reply that says we will get back to you in 24 hours (they say they are busy (another lie) and then they just ignore you completely this bank is pure ******* and I am transfering my money out of it ASAP
