Website Blocked

I absolutely loved Tymebank their interest rates and low fees made it great for me to use for all my everyday banking.

I then went overseas and kept my account open so if I wanted to buy things in SA for the family I could.

Only to find out that their app and their website are blocked from use outside of SA. Which meant I couldnt log in to any of my accounts I now have to give my banking log in details to my family to try and transfer my money out of the account and close the account down.

Really disappointed will have to move to another bank.
