😡😡😡 We paying too much (R170)for a reversal that will take a month 😡😡😡😡😡😡 h

I sent a R1000 to my mothers sister on the 26th of July because she needed medication and I used her number on payshap only to find out that doesn't work anymore and the TymeBank account she had doesn't work also.. So I contacted TymeBank for reversal and they charged me R170 but even now I have not received it.. I contacted them via live chat no progress telling me they waiting for a relevant department to resolve the issue and I sent the email they rep**** saying the matter will be resolve on the 19th before 07h00 and it 20th today.. I went back to live chat yesterday the first 2 females I chatted with didn't make me feel good at all but the guy I spoke to said I will be notified yesterday by before 17h00.. I also sent an email no response even now.. so all in all we paying so much for reversal that will take more than 20 days.. I trusted tyme bank I even changed my account at work to get paid by TymeBank and so ****ed ryt now.. 26 last month till today 20th of August no reversal.
