WASTING MY TYME BANK

I think I made a mistake moving my salary to Tyme Bank, nothing ever works, if it's not me changing my app pin every 2 hours because you keep saying there is ***** on my account, its you blocking my profile or getting rid of all my beneficiaries and i cant do any EFT transcations. The most nipple grating part is the customer service when you call in, not enough options for assistance and the agents don't know anything about anything
