Waste of Tymebank

Opened an account with Tymebank, simple, easy and quick. And then the trouble started. I made three deposits into Tymebank from my Capitec account. After 2 days one of the deposits reflected in my Tymebank account. The other two deposits simply disappeared. After 5 days I tried contacting Tymebank. This is simply impossible. The call centre is simply non-existent. After two days of trying the call center I eventually after calling the international number, spoke to the call center, that is after waiting for an hour. All the support person then told me is that they could not help and that I had to contact Capitec, get proof of payment and e-mail to Tymebank help. One call to Capitec was answered within 2 minutes and I received the proof of payments by email within 30 minutes. Two days later and still no response received from Tymebank.

I would advise anyone serious about there money to make use of Capitec, Tymebank are totally useless.
