Waste of time... Regret opening an account

My experience with this bank has been nothing but an inconvenience. They attract you with their low fees but banking with them is a headache!... From not being able to access your account, not being able to reverse money sent via moblie number or waiting 24hrs for proof of payment and you have to telephonically request!!!
