Want my R900 BACK TO MY ACCOUNT

I Deposited R900 on the 28 April 2021 to Nedbank only to find out that the ladies never received the money. I went with them to nedbank requested bank statement, the money was never received, called tymebank, sent emails and the message i get is the issue was resolved. Nothing was resolved, the game me ref no to track with nedbank explained to me that my banker must sort it out. Till today tyme bank is not doing anything today i was told that they will charge me R160 TO REVERSE THAT MONEY. Imagine Tyme bank i need that R900 Credited to my account the ladies now think im a ****. please sort out my issue with immediate effect
