VERY POOR SERVICE , UNREASONABLE REVERSAL FEES AND EMPTY PROMISES THAT'S "TYMEBANK"

I am so disappointed at you TymeBank on the 1st of May I transferred the money to the wrong account using their app ,I tried to call you in order to reverse my money because I saw it immediately ,you didn't answer then I call back on Monday the lady said she has logged a ticket regarding my matter and they they will deduct 150 as reversal fee but you didn't deduct it on my account ,then after 3 days you came back and said request was declined due to insufficient funds but you didn't deduct on the same day nor did you indicate when you will be deducting my account.

Today I spoke with you via Facebook ,you said you will investigate and call me back but you didn't..

I trusted you and I loved your bank but unfortunately I have to leave you due to poor service ,empty promises and for charging R150 as a reversal fee which too much , unreasonable and ridiculous..

I lost R3000 as your customer but you didn't even attempt to assist me ametuers.actually I didn't even wanna give a single star your service is very very poor and as from now on I'll be telling people about your
