Very Poor service

I have tried to reverse money that was sent to friend & I was told it would be reversed after 7 days, this never happened. I called and was told that number I sent it was liked to a Tymebank account ,which is not true, so I was that it cannot be reversed. The friend I sent to really needed the money, so he has lost and so did I.What a ******* bank , well its owned by a rouge ,I advise people not to use this & should always review companies & Banks before doing business.
