Very Mad account holder...

I am very disappointed in tymebank. After many attempts to get my account unblocked and failed with the unhelpful so called agents that keep telling me they don't have the documents that are needed for them to release the hold. One agent tells me they have it and they will exculate it to higher up. Other tell me they don't have the documents. I must send it again. I have sent it lots of times and still no communication whats so ever. The run around with this bank is unbearable and so upsetting. Your agents are useless. When I ask to speak to a manager or someone higher up im told they are not available they will get back to me.

So tell me tymebank am I ever going to be able to get my account off hold.
