Very happy - got my refund

I am so impressed with Tymebank. I made an international online payment and the money came off my account but the institution did not receive it as I got an error on the payment platform. I called Tymebank and the agent was so professional and assured me she could reverse the funds if the institution did not receive it. Because they don't have branches I was inititally worried but it turns out there was no need as I got my refund within 5 business days after sending my email with proof. Well done Tymebank 😀
