i was making payments on my banking app and then it kicked me out and blocked me from using the app. then when i called and was told that an agent would call me in 24 to 48 hours to unblock my app. How do you expect me to wait that long when i have bills to pay and things to sort out asap

i can undersand if i was at fault that i would have to wait that long

i am actually disgusted at the actions of this bank and wonder how they expect me to conduct my business month end with such lackluster service.

if my app isnt sorted out soon im closing -this account and posting on every social site that all client should take there business elsewhere
