Very disappointed

I'm not a person who usually written complaints but as of lately I'm very disappointed with tymebank, I've been using it for 3years even I get my salary through it,so on the 1st I sent to money to a wrong number by mistake luckily the number is not in service,when I called the bank they told me to wait and hope the person doesn't open a tymebank and withdraw the money lucky for the number is not in service, so they told me it's going to bounce back within 7 day but till today,they first said friday but nothing thn Monday still nothing even today I called and they said they going to open a case which is goin to take 48 hours 2days
