Very angry and dissatisfied

I tried to withdraw money at a till since all their machines in Rustenburg are inoperative. I gave my tyme code to the cashier and she said my voucher is invalid. On my app the money has been withdrawn. I called customer service this morning. On hold for more than 45 mnts . Eventually when a consultant answers the phone, she has no idea about my query. How is that possible?
