UTTERLY USELESS SYSTEM AND EVEN WORSE CALL CENTRE OR STAFF MANNING KIOSK

On Sunday I wanted to deposit money in Boxer Business Account. Card have an error of being "restricted". Needless to say nobody can assist. I put the money in my personal account to transfer. On using the personal account the PIn is now invalid as is the PIN for the Business card. Go to the kiosk and enter the business card but it brings up my personal card. Nobody at the call center on in store can resolve this mess and I am send up and down. Still not resolved and I have no access to my money, and the kiosk attend cannot get hold of her manager.....Rather stick to a real bank
