usless processes and no one can assist.

Ticket logged from another bank about ***** which was incorrect and while trying to sort it out with the 3rd party no one bank can sort the issue they make it soooooo complicated and I am locked out of my account tx to this mess. how about just reversing the funds simple but no we will waste customers time and make they jump through hoops.
