Useless useless useless!
This bank literally has me pulling my hair out for the second time in as many months I made a R1000 payment on the 22 March TO DATE it is not reflecting in my account and my credit card has now been BLOCKED! ON TOP OF WHICH I AM RECIEVING SMS'S FROM THEM INFORMING ME MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS!!! This despite me emailing pop 4 times in total and umpteen phone calls to there call centre! I am livid! On my most recent call I was informed payment was with the account department and would reflect in 7 DAYS! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I AM BEYOND FURIOUS! NOT TO MENTION HOW MISTAKES LIKE THIS REFLECT ON MY CREDIT SCORE! I WANT THIS FIASCO RECTIFIED NOW!

LATE PAYMENT WHEN I PAID IN FULL ON THE 22 MARCH! STILL MY CARD IS BLOCKED AND STILL NO MONEY REFLCTING! THIS IS BEYOND REDICULOUS! EVERY SINGLE MONTH THE SAME BULL****! CREDIT MY ****** ACCOUNT ALREADY AND DEDUCT THE STIPID LATE PAYMENT FEES HOW CAN A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION BE THIS UTTERLY USELESS!
