Useless tymebank

Tymebank is a bull**** bank, I swiped R1100 today, speed point says declined, but the money went out of my account and did not reverse and now the are telling me about 24 hours and I want my money back now, every month end its always the same issue and the customer care agents are so rude and never give solutions. When you want to escalate the matter, they put you through to the supervisor and the phone always rings unanswered. Kids are hungry, rent has not been paid, I am fighting with my wife as i can't access from my account. MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!! TYMEBANK IS USELESS.
