Useless Tyme Bank

I have a blocked account, I was adviced to send an affidavit to resolve the issue. I send the affidavit on the12 November 2025. I have not gotten a reply to date. when I call in a lady by the name of Nqobile started shouting, without understading the merits of the case. I even questioned when I should be charged banking fees on an account which i can not transact on. ****ed
