Useless TYMBANK
I logged a ***** case with Capitec bank the external bank who is tymbank is fkn ignoring ever email sent to them seems to me that they are pocketing the money that they get in the blocked accounts... They requested documents from me and never have myself or CAPITEC hered back from me and guess what now I'm being given an email address and now I must follow-up with TYMBANK the useless bank... I think they expect me to leave the case so. I believe the ****mers account is unblocked already by now....
What the ****... I have to beg this people to respond they literally just ignoring us

I get a email with no dates on it stating that they haven't uterlise any funds how cute they also mentioned that they send me an email on the 28th stating that message bare in mind my case was logged on the 27th APRIL AND they say they send me an EMAIL ON THE 28TH APRIL HOW WONDERFKNFULL....
