Useless People at TymeBank

I am having such a terrible experience with TymeBank, I sent money to another person and the OTP expired, I called the call Centre and spoke to YVONNE who is completely useless and mind you I have some1 at picknpay waiting for that OTP, Called again and spoke to Happy couldn't help me as well, How hard can it be to resend an OPT I am still waiting for someone to call me back, My number ius ***
