Useless face recognition system on app

I lost my sim card and wanted to update my cellphone number I followed the apps face recognition thing and that useless feature kept on claiming my pics are blurry I was so annoyed because I needed to get my family food from Pick ‘n Pay as it’s the only place that delivers where I’m at and I had to get an otp pin from my cell number and obviously couldn’t get it from it cause I lost that SIM card. The call centre was useless and the guy spoke to me as if I’m hard of hearing I was extremely irritated I still am. The systems you have in place are useless
