Useless digital bank

My account is on hold I can't access my hard earned money they said I should wait for the 3rd of April, I even called them two times using my own airtime the female agent has the audacity to cut my call after getting my money I'm moving to other digital banks m so ****ed they are so unprofessional. I don't recommend them I want my money before the end of the day or else I'm going to Twitter.
