Useless bank!!!! With absolutely no customer service

Absolutely the worst bank ever!!

I have written a review previously stating what a lousy bank this is and how money that was paid into my husbands account just dissapeared.

Tymebank made contact with us on hello peter and sent 2 emails and till today no one can give us feedback on the so called investigation they did!

Absolutely the worst everytime we phone its the same answer "we are investigating".... No you are *****ing hard working individuals money!!!!

We have sent numerious emails and tried calling. The useless call centre agents tell you to hold the line only to drop it the minute that tune starts playing!!!.

This is completely unacceptable if this does not get sorted I am going to take this useless bank to court for theft
