Useless bank in South Africa they made my FNB bank account to be terminated because of their false claims.
This is a useless bank in South Africa. Ever since they placed my bank account on hold, I've never been assisted if you call them your airtime will ended up depleted after 3hrs of waiting because they'll never answer your calls even if they answer you, they'll deliver **** promises it's been 6 months they placed my money and bank account on hold. I submitted all the required documents but still no response or any change.

02 May 2023, 13:07This type of bank it must be completely shut down because it is here to ruin our reputation with other banks. I'm still asking myself even today that what makes them to call other bank I bank with them and tell them to block my account for the money which is in hold by them not external banks right now today FNB terminated my bank account for no reason because of false claims from this useless Tyme Bank.

You better tell FNB that you did a mistake I told you several times that it wasn't immediate. I believe you guys you should get professional people who know their job otherwise you just here ruin our reputation with other banks like what you already did to me and FNB.

You see yourself now it's now 2 years Tyme Bank is still placed my bank account on hold I even went to the branch I drove 250KM to and from wasting my fuel and spoke to Caroline the investigator and her boss they promised to resolve the matter and to take my calls every time when I call but that was all lies. It's my first time to experience something like this from bank.
