Useless bank

I regret banking with tyme bank i activated moretyme i even linked my capitec bank account.i went to jet to buy with moretyme only for tyme bank to deduct my money from capitec bank account since it was linked to moretyme and the payment didn't even go through at jet.when i call tyme they telling me i have to contact capitec where as they are the ones who deducted my money and do not even offer an kind of assistance
