Useless bank

I wanted to make a new card I wasnt from one shop to another eventually when I got to the 3rd shop the so unhelpful representative was busy on her phone then she told me that my number is not verified I should call tymebank and ask them why and come back after 2 days. I called customer care and they told me they can not help I should go back to the store to get it sorted out. Useless bank
