Useless bank

I have been calling tyme bank for 3 consecutive days, wanting to stop my credit card. Every time they say the card is stopped however theres money going out of the account. The consultants do security checks for stopping the card while money goes out of the account. After passing security checks the same consultant ask how can I help you. It’s been 2 weeks my card still has transactions that are going out of the account. The consultants transfer calls to other departments when they don’t know how to help. The calls keeps getting dropped
