Useless Bank

So this is a new a new bank that can't help customers on the phone and don't reply to emails and yet they don't have a physical building to attend clients... I use the bank to purchase a gift for mother's day and I can't get a proof of payment that is required by the shop, now I can't get the gift, my money is gone and the bank is dropping my calls and ignoring my emails
