Useless bank

My employee asked me to give him R450.00 cash then he transferred me the money TymeBank to TymeBank. On 15th of February. On Friday 21 February my account was blocked when I call I was told I someone reported that I stole R450. I then advised the consultant can you please take back the R450 from my account back to the account it's coming from, they told me to do affidavit and I did send the affidavit. So now they telling me my account will be unlocked after 7 days and for them to block it took them 1 click. The service is very bad now I'm stranded my clients can't pay me and I don't even have a cent all my money is with the bank. I just want to close my account uselless bank.

What do u wan to invistigate while I said reverse the R450
