USELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL

This bank is completely unprofessional. DO NOT open an account with them. Their IT systems are useless. I am unable to log in / change password / create password / create an online profile, despite having an account - all that stuff that all other banks do with ease. This is just the start though. I went to 3 different picknpay stores (no kiosks at any of them - despite phone agent say every picknpay has a kiosk), driving 20km just so I could log in and was unable to. Spend ages on the phone to the call centre - nobody picks up. Surely they cannot be allowed to operate or are they just another representation of the useless service levels that South Africans have come to expect. I REPEAT: DON'T TOUCH TYMEBANK
