Useless
Most useless, trash bank ever. The stamps are dated the date of your last transaction. If you want a statement, and your last transaction was 3 months back, the date of the stamp will also show 3 months back, and not the current date you retrieved the statement. Your systems should update stamp dates daily, or open branches for manual stamps. How stupid of Tymeback !!!!

20 Sept 2022, 13:40I retrieved the statement from the banking App which came out with an outdated stamp date. Then called the Customer care line which the Consultant advised that the dates are generated electronically, and there's nothing they can do. The stamp date will always show the date of your last transaction, and not the current date you retrieve it. Dissapointing!
