URGENTLY NEED HELP

I have been calling TymeBank for days now asking them to unlock my account,. For the past days the consultants have been telling me that the matter will be resolved within 24 hours. Yesterday I needed to use the money in my account but I couldn't access it because the staff at Tymebank is not doing anything to resolve my issue. Can you please assist as I don't even have airtime to call them anymore
