Urgent matter I want access to my funds

2years ago I was involved in a bad accident i lost of my everything and was hit by stroke for 12 +months. I lost my number and never used it for period being in ICU .As per telkom call centers and stores with the new regulations Sim swap cannot be done if the Sim is not Ricad to my name. I pleaded my case and that I can confirm verify and answer all questions and provide a police affidavit to help as I did not know after many years of use the number was not on my name.

With this my problem just began. I am a tymebank account holder and called to ask to get assistance to have my number linked to my account changed due to the my telkom number given to someone else.I stand and my attempts with no luck until now as I was told the following. 1st call to the call center I was told that they cannot change my number I explained to the agent ever since I got the accident my ali could not be verified anywhere with my fingerprints.[damaged]go there and can't get my otp and am now locked out my account. Thereafter next call after holding for 40min I explained went to the kiosk logged into my account at the kiosk and then afterwards trying to change the number it failed because of my fingerprints Tried 4 times without luck calling the call center and a week later 30min holding another agent asked me to return to the kiosk get the error code and call them from the kiosk I did so and holding fo 20 min never reached anyone.

A while later I called again now frustrated was told by another agent go back to another kiosk and that they cannot help me. I could not emphasize the dilemma I haven't access to my funds and even to close my account need the funds first transferred out which can't be done without my otp.

I called again held again explained to another agent she was willing to try help me put me on hold for 26 min then sent my call to the survey and dropped the line.

I then called i was promised my it will be linked i need to access my account urgently case ID is #28649. It's been 2 years now
