Unwilling to change something that they caused
They sent out a message that they changed the debit orders to 12th Dec, I called them to change it to at least the 15th, but the agent tells me it cannot be changed on their end as its a system thing. I asked her so if someone doesn't have money then the transactions will bounce. The reply is that you need to make sure there is money in your account
