Unstable Tymebank stole my 18k

Useless and pathetic customer service. On the 3rd Jan I did an inter account transfer of 18k into the goalsave. I called in since the 6th as the money was not allocated. Agent by the name Siya dealt with my case and got a response from their payment Dept that my money will be cleared by the 8th. Yesterday I called as the money was not cleared and another agent by Mbali reassured me that it will be in this morning(9th). My money is not yet in. I got a health issue and needed to accessy treatment as it ran out on the 4th hence I cleared transferred my Money so I can make purchase of the treatment. I'm going into their offices this morning and they going to give all my money and I'm closing my account. I would not recommend this stupid bank. Their lines are forever engaged and it's difficult to get a resolution. Bunch of ***** and ****** ******. Motsepe needs to be aware of this ****ty treatment. T. Kepadisa
