Unsatisfactory service

Hi There I made purchases with my tymebank card no *** for R119 on the 8the October2020 at pick n pay Ndwamba transaction declined i paid in cash when i got home my tymebank was debited with the same amount. On the10th i called the call center they advised that reversal will take place within 8days its more than that not money still not being reversed
