Unresolved Invalid Voucher Pin

I bought a 1 voucher through my banking app , the pin kept saying its invalid , i emailed 1 voucher , who referred me to Tymebank as they could not retrieve the information using the reference number that Tymebank provided as it is was not intergrated in to the 1 voucher system , Tymebank had to escalate the matter to Flash Business support , Tymebank just asked me for my account number , then in a day , said my ticket has been resolved ! Like how ? did they refund my voucher ? was it refunded to my account ? what happened ? how was it resolved ? Can someone explain
