Unreliable bank and horrible customer service
Extremely upset with this Bank. I made an immediate EFT that did not reflect on my other account (from a bank which has been treating me well) and I’ve followed up multiple times with no resolution. I unfortunately also experienced a condescending call centre agent today and that disappointed me even more. I don’t know how many times I’ve called or sent emails but I’m not getting any feedback. Horrible horrible service.
