Unreasonably bank

Have used the account for over 3 years just for my for my lunch Transaction never anything big because I did not have full confidence in the new bank Last month I went to Payroll to have my salary paid into the account. That was a big mistake I put my transport money in the Account and when I tried to do Transactions my account is now on 'Debit hold' new phrase I've never had in my banking experience now after giving them a Call a Consultant tells me to wait for 3 hours turn around time after 3 hours I called the bank and I was told to wait the relevant will resolve on or before the 6th with is puts me in a situation where I need to borrow money for transport and now I gotta wait for a stupid hold that should never have been there, there is really ***** out here Tyme bank should use their time to investigate the really ***** and leave honest working people. I just need my money and have the account closed permanently coz this is stupid
