Unreachable Finance Institute

I have tried contacting Tyme Bank for the past two weeks without any success. Each time the voice prompt just says "we are unable to connect your call at this time, please try again later." I have now tried contact Tymebank via the WhatsApp number and still no assistance. I need to report ***** happening on my account as a debit order has gone off my account without my knowledge or consent. I need that money reimbursed ASAP. I have especially been saving money to this account in the event I needed money when something happens and now that something has happened there is nothing in my account and no way of contacting the financial institution. I will never use this account ever again as they can't be trusted
