*********** & unprofessional with arrogant staff

This bank froze my account from the 29th of February. They asked for proof of payment which I provided. No form of any communication from their side as to how far are they with their investigation. I thought this was a people's bank, but I'm so disappointed. So a young black person when he gets money on the account he's suspected of *****? A mere R29000, I'm not seen as a ***** or a *****ster. Every time I call, I'm told forensic is busy with my case, but there's no time frame as to when they gonna finish this investigation. I don't know why I trusted a bank which doesn't even have a branch. This is a trash bank, the staff is ***********, very unprofessional. It's like they're running a day care centre. Unblock my account before I drag you on social media.
