Unprofessional and disgusting

I'm so ****ed regarding tymebank because wow they never answers calls nor respond to any massage.

This bank is horrible as it has no agent available to assist. I bought airtime of R100 and guess what, it got finished before getting help because all they was disconnect all my calls from the morning till now

How this is so embarrassing and unprofessional for such a financial institution do such. I'm really disgusted regarding their ways of not helping people 😒
