Unprofessional

Seriously rediculous how you guys start a bank and it's so unorganized. 1st it took me 2 days to open account online. Then cause of error on your side 2 weeks to get account confirmation. I was told to collect card at any pick n pay store anytime from 2st Feb. Today is 11 February and pick n pay don't know anything about cards. HOW DO YOU OPERATE!!!!!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!
