Unothorized transactions not resolved

I had unothorized transactions go off my account. I logged a ***** dispute in November, and it has not been resolved yet, and it's passed the investigation date.

No feedback, from Tyme or Visa. I lost a lot of money in a short space of time. Please get back to me.
