Unnecessary deductions by Tyme bank

Good afternoon, I have a dispute with Tyme bank, I have been banking with them since September 2021. My account number is ***. I'm unemployed and I depend on the Social Relief Grant. Every month on the 16th, the money reflects on my account,and I started receiving the grant in November 2021. The aforementioned bank has been religiously deducting R100 of which it is too much. I have tried reporting the issue with them,but to no avail, their phones keep on ringing unanswered. The month of March is the fifth (5) month of being R100 short of the money deposited to the bank. It's really frustrating.
