Unnecessary Debit Hold

I received a legit payment from SARS on 10/07/2023 and with no notification, my account was blocked, I can't make payments or receive funds on my account. I called in and sent the relevant documents to get this lifted and this is still not finalized. I haven't been able to register for school and I'm over a week behind now. UF-310189.
