Unhappy with Tyme Bank

Dear Tymebank

My app states “Your account is on hold until you verify your FICA info”, and when I click “Verify your info now”, it shows me technical error ever since September r trying to verify. Therefore, I’ve been trying to verify since the first week of August since I didn’t want my account to be on hold but still I didn’t get any assistance. I have phoned the bank and nobody could assist me as well as have gone numerous times to the kiosks. I am very unhappy
