Unhappy customer

I did a withdrawal at the Capitec ATM with my Tymebank card as they dont have any bank yet and the money didnt come out and that was on the 1st of November till to this moment, I cant get to speak to anyone senior and all their useless agents are doing is cutting my call after a long hold for the Supervissor. I want my money urgently. I even went to Capitec and they told me they are not allowed to get involve as I bank with Tymebank... somebody better get back to me soon or .....best believe you dont wanna know. call me on *** - my account is under ***
