Unhappy customer

I'm not with their communication skills. I lodged a case 20 something of August and I promised to get a response within 5-7 working days, which did not happen. I called and tried to find out what's the update on my case after the 7 days. Yhooooo you will hold for hours and give up without getting help or respond from them. Please help me with this plz.
